Yes, I am getting older. So much older, in fact, that I am finally old enough to warrant that special look inside that most of us would rather not discuss.
Yes, it's a Colonoscopy!

Its all precautionary, for no other reason than "its that time in life to get it checked out".
But I am afraid what they might find in there as a consequence of my sometimes unhealthy dietary preferences.
