Today I decided to try climbing a grade 5.10 climb. For non-climbers, thats at the easy end of the hard climbs and at the hard end of easy climbs.
This was at Stoneworks (old grain silos) and the climb was about 100 ft tall.
I am pleased to report that I made it all the way up without taking (hanging on the rope) and without any pain in my shoulder.
But I won't mention this to my doctor!
So far, the shoulder is doing very well!
