What a painful day! I just mailed a HUGE check to the IRS. Huge meaning really a lot of money!
When Dell took over Perot last year, it bought all my Perot stock and options for cash. Granted, I made a lot of money on this deal, the tax reality did not hit me until I plugged all the numbers into TaxCut. And what a shocker it was!
