Its been 4 months now and things are going well. I have resumed most of my usual activities, but still not quite at the level that I was doing before. I am riding (road and off-road), running, climbing (easy), and doing weights at the gym.
On a really positive note, I am now sleeping through the night without waking up to pain in the shoulder. I still wake up in the morning with some minor pain, but at least I am sleeping better.
I have signed up for a 24-hour adventure race at the end of May. I think I should be good to go by then!
